|Feinstein, Chuck||FCC||Oct 1993 – Jul 1995||CS||Lots of time in Mombasa and Toulon. How can I forget the roving Shore Patrol in Toulon, in the rain, on Christmas Day for 12 hours? Decommissioning ceremony was very moving. I retired 9/30/98 as an FCC from SIMA Norfolk.|
