On December 13, 2000, our website won the golden Apex Award. This was our first award and our site was just the second site which won the golden Apex Award at all. Thanks to the Apex Awards team.

On December 14, 2000, we were awarded the Aloha Award. This was our second award. Thanks to the Hawaii City team for this award.

All of us agreed that you truly do have a interesting web site with quality content and design. The Aloha Award is not an easy award to win. That is why this award is seen so infrequently.



On December 21, 2000, our site won the third award. Thanks to Steven and Victoria from http://www.websiteawards.8m.com/ who awarded and designed the award.



On December 31, 2000, our site won its fourth award. Thanks to Jacques Proulx who awarded his award to our site.

Also on December 31, 2000 our site won its fifth and last award in year 2000. Thanks to the iNet award team.

The decision for this iNet Award was commented as follows:

The iNet is not an easy award to win at any level. Your web site scored 75/100 for basic web site design quality (as defined in the iNet Award criteria). Your web site is certainly one of the most comprehensive sites I've seen about the US Navy. It is well designed and appointed and the wealth of informational history and photos is well chronicled and covers a wide range of Naval topics. Add to this an intuitive navigation system that whisks one from one section to another with ease and you have a definite winner. All in all, an excellent job.



On January 5, 2001, our site won the sixth award. This award was the second award in year 2001. Thanks to the JEHP Award team who awarded this award to our site.
