McMullen, Graydon	ABE FWD CATS	1965 – Oct 6, 1969	V2	Proud to have served aboard this magnificent lady. Was Cat Captain on #1 cat the day the fire broke out in the Tonkin Gulf July 1967.
Cackowski, Leonard	ATN3 (E-4)	1965 –	Unknown	Len transferred to the reserves in 1965, ultimately retiring in 1992. He attained the rank of LCDR and was affiliated with VP-64 in Willow Grove, PA. He currently lives in Virginia.

Needle, Mark	FTG-3	Oct 1965 – Mar 1968	Fox Division	I sailed with the Forrestal for about 2 1/2 years. Flew to the Med to meet her in Oct 1965 to finish the 1965-66 Med cruise. The next cruise took us to Yankee Station where we had that terrible fire.
